You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution (or purchasing on behalf of one) to use this Site or purchase products.

3. Products

All products are sold For Research Use Only, as described in our Research Use Disclaimer. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor at the time of order.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use any product for human or animal consumption, resell products into consumer or clinical channels, or otherwise use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Helix Longevity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it.
